Yes. Make it opt-in during signup and include a one-click unsubscribe. Also let us customize what categories we care about.

This would be great for re-engagement. From a marketing perspective, a well-crafted weekly digest is one of the best retention tools. Keep it short - 5 items max with links to the full discussions.
