Genuine question. I have been working on my project for 3 months and some days it feels like I am making zero progress. Revenue is growing slowly but nowhere near where I hoped. How do you all keep going through the tough stretches?

Honest answer: I focus on the process, not the outcome. My goal each week is to ship something and talk to customers. If I did both, it was a good week regardless of what the revenue chart says. The results come from consistently doing the right things.

Building in public helps me. Posting weekly updates creates accountability. Also having a few founder friends who are at a similar stage - we check in on each other. Solo does not have to mean isolated.

I keep a "done" list alongside my to-do list. On days when I feel like nothing happened, I look at the done list and realize I actually moved things forward. Our perception of progress is unreliable.

Three months is early. Most overnight successes took 2+ years. If your retention is good and users are giving positive feedback, the revenue follows. Patience is the hardest skill to develop.
